Quick return to service
Faster cure times usually mean less time with the garage out of use.
A fast-curing, UV-stable coating system that gives a deep gloss, resists hot tire pickup and can shorten the time your garage is out of service.

Polyaspartic is a coating chemistry known for curing quickly and staying clear in sunlight. It is commonly used as a topcoat over a flake or color base, and sometimes as the full system. The glossy finish is deeper than most traditional coatings and holds its clarity.
Its speed is the headline benefit. Where some systems need several days before cars return, polyaspartic systems can often be walked on and driven on sooner. The tradeoff is a shorter working time during installation, so the work is best done by a prepared crew with the surface ready.
The steps for polyaspartic floor coatings, in the order they happen.
We test the slab, because moisture vapor can undermine any coating regardless of chemistry.
The concrete is ground to a profile and all cracks and joints are repaired.
A base coat is applied and decorative flake is broadcast into it for color and texture.
One or two clear coats seal the system with a UV-stable, glossy, tough surface.
Faster cure times usually mean less time with the garage out of use.
The finish resists yellowing in sunlit garages and entryways.
A hard cross-linked surface stands up well to hot tire pickup.
The wet-look finish makes flake and metallic floors look rich.
They have different strengths. Polyaspartic cures faster and resists sunlight better, while epoxy can be more forgiving to apply. Many systems use both.
It often does, because materials are specialized and application is more demanding. We explain the options so you can weigh cost against benefit.
Many polyaspartic products tolerate lower temperatures than epoxy, within the product limits. We confirm conditions before applying.
